Terms and Conditions:

Our furniture, cushions, and textiles are handcrafted using natural materials. Colours are shown as accurately as possible but may vary by screen or fabric batch. We recommend requesting a physical sample for exact colour matching.

Quotations are valid for 30 days.

Full payment is required at the time an order is placed. Production will not commence until payment has been received in full.

Lead times are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated lead time, delivery dates are estimates and may change.

On receipt, please inspect all goods immediately. Any damage in transit or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and affected items.

Do not install, upholster, alter, or use the product until the matter is resolved. Where delivery has been arranged by us, we will work with our delivery partner to investigate and resolve any damage that occurred during transit.

Returns and cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun, except where goods are faulty, or where required by law.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.

If completed goods aren't collected or delivery isn't accepted within 14 days of notification, reasonable storage charges may apply.

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of defective products, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Force majeure applies where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling obligations. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Product Information and Care:

All pieces are handcrafted from natural materials, so small variations in grain, texture, finish, and dimensions are normal. Inspect fabrics and products before cutting or installation.

Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or excessive moisture.

Rotate cushions to encourage even wear.

Natural materials will age gracefully over time.

Optional fabric treatments available at additional cost.

Do not use cleaning chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
